D I D giver I started again but this time I looked at my letter a bit more closely and fat and it had an extension number how that's how it's true if you dial this extension number you get through straight away

Of your letter next to the telephone number there is 

of numbers there for five digit numbers that is an extension number 

if they put it below the number to the hospital you would've noticed it but they didn't and it's not an easy read 

and we need easy read it how many times are we going to say this

It is like talking to a piece of paper that is not typing you've put all your money into the hospitals 

but can't do a simple letter you do it for everybody else but you don't do it for people and cannot read you do blind you sign language but you don't do it for us we need easy very easy read Camden come on you should know by now we've told you thousands of times
